A Crane Card serves a dual purpose…it can be a gift card and a customer loyalty card. It allows you to put a specified amount of money on it, either for a friend or yourself. But, unlike a traditional gift card, once you have spent all the money, you can keep adding more.

If the first four numbers of your Crane Card are 0000, you will not be able to check your balance online. To check the balance, you can go to any Crane Coffee location. You can also go to any Crane Coffee location and transfer your old card to a new one, which will then allow you to check the balance online.
